Weekly Class for High School for teens / ages S1-S4.
Strength & Fitness class - private studio inside Goliath, access to bodyweight, barbell, dumbbells, sled, kettlebells etc.
Small class size, fully coached to focus on proper technique, and building up confidence in using equipment and building own workouts.
